Terms for Menu Explorer Free, 5-Pack and Plus for consumers buying in Sweden.
Service and market
Menu Explorer is supplied under the Yamera Labs brand by the legal seller shown above. Paid offers are limited to consumers buying in Sweden for use in Sweden. You must be 18 or older.
Free, 5-Pack and Plus
Free provides the allowance shown in the app. 5-Pack is a one-time purchase of five full-menu analyses for 29 SEK including 25% VAT, without renewal. Plus costs 59 SEK per month including 25% VAT, includes 30 full-menu analyses per billing period and renews monthly until cancelled. Unused Plus analyses do not roll over and no automatic overage charge applies.
Checkout confirmations
Checkout requires separate unticked confirmations of these Terms, age 18+, Sweden eligibility and a request for delivery to begin immediately. The Privacy Policy is information, not a general consent checkbox.
Delivery and access
Delivery may begin immediately after verified payment. Access is granted only after a signed Stripe webhook and valid consent record confirm the exact account, product, price, currency and environment. A redirect or metadata alone never grants access.
Cancellation
Cancel Plus in subscription management. Normal cancellation stops renewal at period end, keeps access through the paid period and does not automatically refund it.
Withdrawal and complaints
For 14 days after an eligible Pack or Plus purchase, Yamera Labs provides a full refund under this policy. Immediate delivery does not by itself remove the policy. Use the in-app withdrawal function. Mandatory rights for faulty digital services remain. Use the support and complaint channels above.
AI and food safety
Menu explanations, nutrition, allergens, popularity and example images are estimates, not medical or dietary advice or an allergy guarantee. Confirm ingredients and cross-contamination with the restaurant.
Law and review
Swedish law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection. Material changes are versioned before a new purchase. These texts should receive qualified legal review before paid Production launch.
